To qualify for a full refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

2. You have accessed no more than 20% of the course content.

3. The refund is requested by the original purchaser and will be processed to the original payment method.

4. If you have downloaded exclusive course materials (PDFs, templates, certificates), you may be asked to confirm deletion of those assets.
